Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• You may request to cancel your order through your customer panel or by emailing us at info@butterflysculpture.com.
• We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Process:

Eligibility:

• To determine if your order is eligible for return, log in to your Butterfly Sculpture account or email us with details of the items you wish to return.
• Returns are not eligible for large-sized products valued above Rs 5000/-. Replacements will only be provided for orders where damage has occurred during transit.

Initiating a Return:

• If eligible, you can raise a return request in your Butterfly Sculpture account or contact us via email.
• Our team will provide you with packing instructions and arrange for the product to be picked up from your home.
• For returns/replacement, the product should be packed in its original packaging.

Refund Process:

• If you paid online using a credit/debit card or online banking, we will refund the amount to the same account.
• If you paid via NEFT/RTGS, we will request your bank account number and IFSC code to process the refund.
• No return fee will be charged.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the day we receive the item back in our warehouse in its original packing and without any damages or wear & tear.
• A payment processing fees of 2.5% will be deducted while issuing the refund.
• The final decision to accept or decline a cancellation or refund request rests with www.butterflysculpture.com.
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure products are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds:

• If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product or the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Note:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted for returns.
